Luis Morris

Luis Morris is an accomplished international business developer and the CEO of The Morris Group USA (TMGUSA), a Washington State-registered company specializing in providing representation services, exporting goods, and building water and solar projects in Mexico.

TMGUSA helps U.S, businesses identify growth opportunities and navigate through the complexities of operating in Mexico and Latin America. TMGUSA also assists Mexican enterprises wishing to establish and invest in the U.S. and help them reach markets for their products and services globally.

Luis leverages his expertise to help organizations identify export growth opportunities abroad. Through The Morris Group USA (TMGUSA), Luis provides exceptional public relations and representation services to foster cross-border trade, infrastructure project development and investment promotion.

Organizations; Luis is a Member-at-Large of the National Society of Professional Engineers since 1979.

Luis has served since 2009 as President of the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce Northwest Chapter for five consecutive two-year terms before being appointed in 2025 as the U.S. Mexico Chamber of Commerce Regional Advisor. Since 2023, Luis has served as the Latin America and Mexico Trade Ambassador for the World Trade Center, Tacoma.where he is deeply involved in trade and commerce in Mexico and Latin American countries.

In 2025, Luis joined the Board of Governors of the Seattle Columbia Tower Club, an organization with a network of more than 100 prestigious clubs in the U.S. and in the world. Luis Morris is a naturalized U.S. citizen who has lived in the United States for many years. Married to an American, Luis resides in Olympia, Washington.
