About Us
The Consular Association of Washington State is a recognized official organization composed of the Consular Corps of Washington State and the Foreign Cultural and Trade Offices, with accredited career and honorary consular officials Heads of Post representing 49 countries from Africa, Europe, North, Central and South America, and Asia with consulates in Washington State.
The Association facilitates dialogue and collaboration between its members, government and private entities, seeking diplomacy, trade, exchanges and friendship.
Current, retired and former members of Washington State Consular Corps
Representatives of foreign government economic and cultural organizations residing in the state
Active and former officials of the State of Washington, Washington cities and counties or other governmental bodies that have significant responsibility in the international arena
Retired consular and diplomatic officials representing the U.S. or other governments during their careers
Membership in the Association
International Trade
Washington State is one of the largest trade driven states in the nation, which is why the consular association members, made up of countries from across the globe, are so critical to our region. There are various resources and organizations that can assist Consular members and the public with regard to international trade, grants and foreign direct investment.
